45 minute Zoom or In-person single session that involves motivation exploration, anticipating barriers and goal setting followed by individualized exercise prescription. Package available (discounted pricing) for additional assessment and coaching. Package includes (8)1:1 subsequent weekly coaching sessions (30 minutes in length) via phone call, zoom or in person where we will review and assess your exercise plan with self report and performance tracking via digital app EXI
