An Evidence-Based 1-day/week, 5 week Bootcamp, every Saturday for 75 minutes! Beginner to intermediate levels of fitness. This series is designed for those currently active and looking to fit in some higher intensity exercises without feeling like you care barely walk or comb your hair after a HIIT workout. These classes will benefit those seeking to safely add in HIIT and meet the American College of Sports Medicine Gold Standard of 150 minutes of moderate OR 75 minutes of vigorous cumulative exercise per week associated with positive health benefits related to exercise for chronic disease prevention and treatment. Get and 1:1 meeting prior to bootcamp start, prescribed your individualized high intensity training zones, monitor your effort during our engagement and start your Saturday off with intention!
