8 week Individualized exercise prescription for adults with chronic conditions.
Service Description
60 minute Zoom or In-person single session physical activity focused that involves exercise and biometric testing, motivation exploration, health history, exploring and anticipating barriers and goal setting followed by an individualized 8-week total body exercise program. You can sign up to pay for an individualized exercise plan or as part of a plan with group fitness classes and health coaching (plans may include free and fee-related options).
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel or reschedule anytime prior to class commencement via your profile page under "my bookings"! Courtesy notification to the instructor by email or phone or text is requested and required at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to reschedule. Cancellations after class start are not redeemable or transferrable. Classes cancelled due to unforeseen actions of nature, such as inclement weather or technological errors are not refundable or transferrable.
