Service Description

Enhance Fitness is an Evidence-Based 60 minute full (to partial) weight bearing, total body group exercise class proven to help adults gain strength, stability and stamina while decreasing risk for falls and helping treat symptoms of chronic pain associated with conditions such as arthritis. In 60 minutes, 3 day's per week we practice the following 4 types of exercise: cardiorespiratory, muscular, flexibility and neuromotor. You can sign up to pay per class or as part of a plan (plans may include free and fee-related options).

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or reschedule at anytime via your profile page under "my bookings"! Curtesy notification to the instructor by email or phone or text is requested at the time you choose to cancel your enrollment. Enhance Fitness is for adults 18 years or older who aim to become more physically active, energized, and empowered to sustain independent lives. Your course enrollment is not complete until you complete required registration and waiver/releases. If you do not complete required documents prior to class your membership may be cancelled and you may lose this class reservation or plan membership reservation for the course. This class reservation or class membership is not transferrable. Any session you miss or that are cancelled are non-redeemable for the future. No filming or video recordings of live class are permissible and will result in removal from class and request for recordings to be deleted. You may be liable for any transfer or distribution of class instruction format, details or surveillance.
