About

In-person, on-location, weekly Enhance Fitness group exercise classes. 60 minutes of full (to partial) weight bearing, total body group exercise proven to help adults gain strength, stability and stamina while decreasing risk for falls and helping treat symptoms of chronic pain associated with conditions such as arthritis. In 60 minutes, 3 day's per week we practice the following 4 types of exercise: cardiorespiratory, muscular, flexibility and neuromotor. You can sign up to pay per class or as part of a plan (plans may include free and fee-related options).
