45 minute Zoom or In-person single session physical activity focused that involves motivation exploration, health history, exploring and anticipating barriers and goal setting followed by an individualized 8-week total body exercise program. You can sign up to pay for an individualized exercise plan or as part of a plan with group fitness classes and health coaching (plans may include free and fee-related options).
